Missions & Outreach
Trailhead Community offers an integrated and intentional apartments community for adults with developmental disabilities, as well as neurotypical residents. Trailhead promotes independence and safety for all the residents by following a cooperative management model that will integrate all residents to make decisions about how their community will operate. 24/7 on site concierge helps oversee the building, social events, meals, and encourages mutual support between the residents.
Ways to Get Involved:

Christmas Party, December 16 at 6pm: Provide party supplies, or sign-up to volunteer at the party and meet some of our new neighbors at Trailhead Community!

Front Desk Concierge Shift: Until Trailhead Community is fully funded, they are looking for volunteers to serve as a Concierge to serve at the front desk during the day. Email Kenya Sande for more information.
