Severe Weather Shelter Network

The volunteers at SWSN help prevent homeless deaths due to exposure on freezing nights. During COVID, the guests of SWSN receive a voucher to a local motel, bus tickets for transportation and a warm meal. 

On the days/evenings that are declared shelter nights.

-Registration Assistant- assist with registration and vouchering on shelter nights. Daytime hours.

-Food Packaging- package prepared food items into individual meals for shelter guests. Evening hours.

-Food Delivery- deliver packaged meals to hotels where shelter guests are staying. Evening hours.

Thanksgiving Meal Outreach with His Love Fellowship

Waterstone is partnering with His Love Fellowship for their Annual Thanksgiving Meal Outreach on Friday, November 18 & Saturday, November 19. The goal is to distribute 750 meals to people in need around the Denver Metro Area. This is a great event to serve alongside your friends, family, and small group.
